First Image Of STAR WARS REBELS Villain 'The Inquisitor'; New Details And Promo Video Released
It has now been confirmed that Disney XD's Star Wars Rebels takes place fourteen years after the events of Revenge of the Sith, while we also plenty of other details about the series AND the first official image of the villainous 'Inquisitor'. Check it out!
At a panel at the New York Comic Con today, it was revealed that Star Wars Rebels will take place fourteen years after the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, with the galaxy finally beginning to realise that the reign of the Empire is NOT as good as it appears (hence the rise of the Rebellion). The character in the image above is 'The Inquisitor', the main villain of the series who will be hunting the young team it focuses on. It was also confirmed that none of the Stormtroopers in Star Wars Rebels are clones, but many were trained by them. According to Bleeding Cool, there is a chance of characters from Star Wars: The Clone Wars appearing, while they add that, "The showrunners won’t be scared to kill of characters either." Check out a new featurette below.
