Is This Our First Look At Alden Ehrenreich As The Titular Hero In SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY?

With extensive reshoots pretty much changing whatever Solo: A Star Wars Story was going to be, we've yet to see anything official from the spinoff but new merchandise may feature a major new reveal...

Making Star Wars has come across a photo they believe offers up a first look at Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo in the Ron Howard directed spinoff which is set to hit theaters next May (unless it's delayed due to the fact that Lucasfilm pretty much started from scratch after firing Phil Lord and Chris Miller). The question is, is this really what the Hail, Caesar! actor is going to look like as the young smuggler?

Quite possibly, yes, but it's hard to say whether or not this is an officially licensed piece of material. While it's feasible that the
theater chain has used officially released promo art too early, that shot of Gamora is from Guardians of the Galaxy as opposed to Avengers: Infinity War and it definitely has something of a fan-made feel (especially as it features many 2018 releases and not just Disney ones).

Still, we've had bigger reveals from
stranger places in the past and it's possible that this is our first real look at Solo: A Star Wars Story. After all, it's highly likely that we'll get a trailer with Star Wars: The Last Jedi next month! What do you think? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below.

@MUTO123 - How does the Romeo and Juliet story, but with gnomes and they don't die at the end, warrant a sequel?

@noahthegrand - I know. If it was being released was 2 or 3 years after the first one I might get it, but the first was six years ago.

And Johnny Depp doing his British schtick again doesn't inspire much confidence either.

@noahthegrand - Is that what that movie actually is? I thought it was just a clever name. That's a really stupid idea for a kids movie.

@MUTO123 - James Mcavoy, Emily Blunt, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Johnny Depp, with original music by ELTON JOHN?????????????????

@GwenLantern - The sequel is dumber. Watch the trailer.

@noahthegrand - Yeah. What gets me more than anything is Chiwetel Ejiofor. I get McAvoy, Blunt and Elton John being here because they were involved with the first one, and Johnny Depp does almost nothing but garbage nowadays, but seriously? What the [frick] is Baron Mordo doing in this shit?
