Today was the Star Wars Celebration Event where tons and tons of fans could celebrate the franchise. It was expected that the event would show some footage from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and while the celebration showed a sizzle-reel giving us a cool behind-the-scenes look into the film, the second trailer was only shown to people lucky enough to attent the event. The LEAKED description goes something like this.
The trailer starts off with a young Jyn running away from an Imperial Shuttle 'There's not much time. We grow weaker, while they grow stronger. This is our chance" Jyn says in a narration "To make a real difference". Then we see scenes of battle from the beach shore which was in the last trailer. Then, there were X-Wings, the Death Star and Krennic appeared. He was shown wearing a black cap. But the biggest surprise was saved for last; we see a red blood-colored Empire monitor, which reflected a silhouette and together with the iconic breathing sound, we can definitely tell that was Darth Vader. While it was a short teaser and had some recycled footage (the hooded figure kneeling down) there was also a lot of new stuff . What are your thoughts? Sound off below.
