New ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY Images Give Us A First Look At The U-Wing Starship

Thanks to The Star Wars Show, we have our first proper look at the starship that'll carry our new band of heroes through the galaxy far, far away in Gareth Edwards' Rogue One: A Star Wars Story...

We've heard it mentioned before, and its interior has no doubt been glimpsed in the trailers, but now we have a much more detailed look at the new Rebel starship that'll be introduced in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, INCOM UT-60D, or U-Wing for short.

The Star Wars Show describes it as a troop transport and gunship, which is designed to "bring in rebels to heavy fire zones and get out as quick as possible".

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is set for release on December 16th, 2016.
