Spanish website 20minutos somehow managed to get their hands on these amazing new set photos from Star Wars Episode VII. They claim that an employee of a nearby aviation club was performing simulations with a drone and "accidentally" got these shots. Sure! Regardless, while our view of the iconic spacecrafts is obscured somewhat, these photos provide us with our best look yet at both the returning Millennium Falcon - check out the new square antenna! - and the redesigned X-Wings. The look on the faces of those guys building the Falcon when they clearly spotted this drone must have been priceless! This movie is looking great though, don't you think?

Starring original cast members Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker and franchise newcomers, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Lupita Nyong’o and Max von Sydow, Star Wars Episode VII will be released on December 18th, 2015.

Whats a Millennial Falcon?

Never thought of the Millennium Falcon as one of many models that were built. I just thought of it as retooled spare parts thrown together into a one-of-a-kind new ship.

It was old in Ep IV and would have been cool to see more of that make in the prequels.

Having other Millennium Falcons in Ep VII is still a cool idea.

Here is a little theory about this set I have, from seeing those large roots coming down around the edge of the concrete bunker and seeing that there are no large trees around them that would cause those roots, could then those roots be created as part of the set and then in post production they will add larger cgi trees around the bunkers making this location within a forest. I might be wrong as the roots could be left over from trees that have been cut down, but why are the roots there? So of course will just have to wait and see, but there is a chance that if they are man made roots added into the set that this could be a rebel base on Endor, and if not Endor then a rebel base in another forest location, not a field of grass and hills as these photos would have us presume.
