STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI's Carrie Fisher Once Sent A Cow Tongue To A Producer Who Assaulted Her Friend

As more and more allegations of sexual assault continue to be leveled at Harvey Weinstein, more women are coming forward to bravely share their stories.

Author and screenwriter Heather Ross called in to 94.9 MixFM in Tucson and relayed a story about how an unnamed Sony executive harassed her in 2000. Ross later told a good friend what happened, and unfortunately for the aforementioned sleazebag exec, that friend was the legendary Carrie Fisher.

“About two weeks later, [Carrie] sent me a message online and she said, ‘I just saw (blank) at Sony Studios. I knew he would probably be there, so I went to his office and personally delivered a Tiffany box wrapped with a white bow.’” Ross explained. “I asked her what was inside and she said, ‘It was a cow tongue from Jerry’s Famous Deli with a note that said, If you ever touch my darling Heather or any other woman again, the next delivery will be (clears throat) something of yours in a much smaller box!’”

STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI - The 8 Biggest Reveals From The New Trailer

It should come as no surprise that the ever-fearless Star Wars icon was willing to risk her career to stand up for her friend, and even though she's no longer with us, stories like this mean she'll continue to be an inspiration.

We'll get to see Carrie Fisher's final performance as Princess/General Leia this December when Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters.

I miss Carrie Fisher and her unapologetic attitude towards everything.

I didn't watch the original trilogy but just from watching clips of Carrie, I could tell she was a gem.

@LEVITIKUZ - True. The weird thing was I never saw trailers for star wars films when I was a kid. The only thing I ever saw was merchandise. Maybe I didn't gravitate towards it because if you didn't have visible superpowers, I wasn't interested.

@ODanil - Trust me, I feel like I've missed out. I feel so left out when people get hyped so much for the last jedi.

So then he baked it and had it for dinner, and was forever grateful for the free meal, while never learning his lesson. The end.
