The First Reactions To ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY Are Here, But Does The Movie Deliver?

With talk of reshoots and a new director being brought in to take charge of the post production process, it really did sound for a while like Rogue One: A Star Wars Story would be as messy as the likes of Fantastic Four and Suicide Squad. Well, those of you who had faith in Lucasfilm from the start have been rewarded today as the first reactions from last night's world premiere promise an amazing movie!

While it may have seemed that the entire story has been revealed in the countless trailers, TV spots, and clips we've seen, that's clearly not the case, and it's great to hear that the extensive reshoots have seemingly had no negative impact on the movie. Throw in the fact that the bloggers, critics, and personalities below are hailing it as one of the best Star Wars movies ever, and we're in for a treat!

The cast of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story includes Felicity Jones, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Donnie Yen, Forest Whitaker, Diego Luna, Riz Ahmed, and a number of others, and it's currently set to be released on December 16th, later this year. Let us know your thoughts on this in the usual place.
