It seems the Walking Dead's fifth season will be going out with a bigger bang than usual. EW reports that the Walking Dead's Season 5 finale will be extended to 90 minutes when the episode airs on March 29th.

They also provide a very brief synopsis on the finale:

"Daryl finds himself in trouble while out on the run. Meanwhile, in Alexandria, Rick and his group continue to feel like outsiders as danger lurks near the gates."

The Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on AMC
