The lovely Jessica Alba, star of Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, is British GQ's August cover star. Come check out shots from her shoot and see what she has to say about her role in the new film, how she mastered the lasso, and how Nancy Callahan has changed since the first film.
Jessica Alba, who plays Nancy Callahan in Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, has been revealed as the cover star for the August 2014 issue of British GQ. Outside of looking stunning in her photos, she shared a little bit about her role in the new film. Check out her comments below:
On her role in Sin City: A Dame To Kill For...
"There's more of me and I do more than I did in the first one. I have a bit more of a character arc in this one. There's more dancing, but the dancing's really connected to the story. Nancy's a bit of an alcoholic and a bit of a mess and she's depressed and angry. The dances in the movie reflects where she's at."
On learning how to master a lasso...
"One of the transport guys was a cowboy and he brought his to work and he showed me how to do it in a parking lot before I went on stage. It's not terribly easy but it's not the hardest thing in the world."
On how she's changed since the last Sin City film...
"I feel much more grounded, much more comfortable, much more saucy. Then I was a girl, I was timid, I was afraid, I was so insecure and now I'm a woman and it's different… I'm more uninhibited."
You can head over to GQ to read more of her interview and you can check out her cover and a few shots from the shoot below!
