Mysterio would be awesome! I'd love to see him in the sequel. He just doesn't fit into the reboot.

I can never take any Spider-Man wishlist or fan-cast seriously that pushes for the return of JK Simmons as JJJ. It's understandable that everyone enjoyed his portrayal. But that in no way should allow a former cast member to reprise his/her role in a FULL REBOOT. I'm sorry. I don't mean to shoot down your entire video because it really was pretty spot on, but not Simmons.
Would you want Michael Caine back as Alfred in DOJ? Or Mark Strong as Sinestro in the upcoming Green Lantern film?
I mean, if you said yes to those, then we just are not on the same page. But you hopefully see my point. It's time someone else got a shot at playing the character. My choice is Kiefer Sutherland. Let's get some fresh faces.

@PietroMaximoff If you listen to my words. I say that it probably won't happen and is completely far fetched. It was more a decision of passion while all the others were decisions of logic. We're on the same page.

Hey Marv, long time no see! Yeah, that's the second time I heard confusion on that point. Basically what I said in the video is "This is where the Wish part is emphasized in Wishlist" Basically that point was thrown in for nostalgia's sake and was made purely out of passion. I guess that could be confusing considering all my other point were thought out and logical.

Nice vid dude! I honestly never really thought about chameleon being the villain in the reboot, but what you said makes me want to see it now! I had this idea for a little while now about who the villain could be and it was on the kind of the same lines as you. I thought it should be HammerHead a none powered street level villain. That way you start off small and then you up the villain power level with each Spidey movie.

No JK Simmons like seriously it's the oldest choice ever. We all loved him but if that's gonna happen then we might as well bring back Maguire.

@UltimateCookie
I'll refer to my above comments. That was more a humorous choice and one that I don't expect to be in the new film.

I'm not sure if that's supposed to be an insult or a compliment so I'll just interpret it as both.

I say that these should be in Spider-Man movies
1. No offense Jon watts and the scriptwriters, but after the first movie, do not bring them back for the second.
2.Mysterio needs to be the first villain with a side villain or whatever.
3.Bring the humor we love, but not too much.
4. Do not focus on his love life this time, focus on Peter. No other superhero that has a love interest in the movies were based on them two except for Incredible Hulk.
5. Put a hint of Infinity War in there, that way we know he belongs in the universe
6.Bring back our cigar lover J. Jonah Jameson's Daily Bugle.
7. Please put makeup on Marisa Tomei to make her look older, paler, and have that white hair.
8. ( I know this won't happen) Have a opening credit scene where he is fighting bad guys with the Avengers!!
9.Bring the High School on!!!
10. Even if we do not see the origin, you should at least do what Incredible Hulk did or make a prequel comic.
11. Make the best unique costume that still resembles our webhead.
12. Finally, call it Spider-Man: New Avenger. It resembles Captain America:First Avenger.
With my suggestments, this movie would be glorious!!!
