PROMETHEUS Actor Logan Marshall-Green's SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Role Has Finally Been Revealed
We knew Logan Marshall-Green would be playing one of The Vulture's crew in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but we now have a name for his character, and it's someone Marvel fans should be familiar with.
Back when we first got word that Prometheus actor Logan Marshall-Green had been cast in Spider-Man: Homecoming, we had a pretty good idea that he'd be playing a villain. Of course, this led to a lot of speculation about which classic Spidey baddie he might be suiting up as - however, a shot of his character in the first trailer for the movie seemed to suggest he'd simply been cast as one of The Vulture's lackeys.
Well, it now seems that won't be the case.... or at least, there will be a little more to it.
The guys over at MCU Exchange have confirmed that though Marshall-Green will (initially) be one of Adrian Toomes' clean-up crew, his name is actually Jackson “Montana” Brice, who was a member of The Enforcers in the comics, and went on to take the mantle of The Shocker in the Spectacular Spider-Man animated series.
Yes, we already have one Shocker in Bokeem Woodbine's Herman Schultz, so the movie will likely come up with a different moniker for Brice - though it's always possible he'll commandeer Schultz's costume and gauntlets at some point.
