SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING: New Chinese Poster Features A Battle Damaged Wall-Crawler

A new Chinese poster has surfaced to promote Spider-Man: Homecoming's upcoming release in China and it features a fresh look at the wall-crawler looking worse for wear as the villainous Vulture looms...

Spider-Man: Homecoming will be released in China on September 8th and that will no doubt give the Marvel Studios reboot a fairly significant boost in terms of its worldwide box office number. Fans in the Middle Kingdom have had to wait a while to see the wall-crawler swing into the Marvel Cinematic Universe and a new poster has now been released which shows the hero looking worse for wear.

This is a cool piece of imagery and Spidey is striking a pose similar to that on Avengers Vs. X-Men #6. Of course, it is a tad misleading as the youngster was actually in his homemade suit during the final battle with The Vulture! Even so, there's no denying that this is a spectacular poster for the Marvel reboot.

We'll be sure to keep you updated on Spider-Man: Homecoming's box office performance moving forward and how much it adds to its total box office haul. A sequel is, of course, already in the works so it won't matter too much but the more successful it is the longer Spidey will remain in the MCU! What do you guys think? @MeAreLegend - I guess pulling your shoulder muscle would be considered battle damage to some.

The Chinese market will likely push it over the $800 million worldwide.

We never even got a real "fight" between Spider-Man & the Vulture in the movie. What happened to all that Jon Watts said about there being badass ariel fights in the movie? Spider-Man didn't even punch Toomes. Don't remember him doing ANYTHING to him besides trying to web him up. The confrontations between these sucked in the movie.

This movie was so shit. Can't believe the MCU did something so forgettable and dull for their best character. And except for Thor: The Dark World and Iron man 2 I don't think they've done a single bad movie. But this was awful. Shame because I love Holland in the role. Can't believe they're getting the same screenwriters and director back.
