Following last week's brief tease, Post Malone has officially debuted his new track "Sunflower", which will feature in Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.

The music video features quite a bit of new footage from Sony's upcoming animated adventure, including shots of Miles Morales daydreaming in school, web-swinging through the streets, and running into Peter Parker in a graveyard - which was also part of the post-credits sequence that screened with Venom.

The tune itself, which Malone co-wrote and performed with Swae Lee, is not bad at all and is definitely worth a listen, so check out the vid below and let us know what you think.

Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the creative minds behind The Lego Movie and 21 Jump Street, bring their unique talents to a fresh vision of a different Spider-Man Universe, with a groundbreaking visual style that’s the first of its kind. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse introduces Brooklyn teen Miles Morales, and the limitless possibilities of the Spider-Verse, where more than one can wear the mask.

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse swings into theaters on December 14.

Was waiting for this to be posted here.

It appears Miles has a crush on the Gwen Stacy of his universe, which is interesting (and I’m sure some people will hate just because)

@Armageddon26 - I thought the relationship was weird in the comics but in the context of the film I won't think much of it. General audiences may get confused however considering the Amazing Spider-Man films.

Right now, out of all of the movies left of 2018 I think it is my most anticipated. Not a lot of the big movies coming out interest me so the only competition this has for me are some of the smaller movies coming out. Looks beautiful and has amazing writers so I'm very optimistic.

@JustAChillFan - I'm largely indifferent to this for now, but my most anticipated before the end of this year is Creed II. Hanging out for it so bad!!

@AFriendFromWork - Lol forgot about that one. That's my number 2 behind this but I still have to see the first Creed. I've seen all the Rocky's but I was busy and missed Creed when it came out.

@JustAChillFan - I really don't know why, but Creed got me through a tough time a few months ago.

Girlfriend left without too much of a reason, I was a mess. Pretty much had the film on a loop for the following week while I got my sh1t together.

I highly recommend it. The camera work and fight choreography is top notch!!

@AFriendFromWork - I'm a little nervous about Creed 2. I thought Creed was perfect as both a standalone story of Adonis and epilogue to Rocky's saga. It's kind of like the Toy Story 4 thing of can you possibly ask for a better ending? Especially without Coogler directing, I'm worried that Creed 2 will be a step down and ultimately tarnish the greatness of Creed's ending. For me, in order to justify its existence, it has to be phenomenal.

@BIGBMH - I agree with you whole heartedly on these points. I think coogler has a writing credit with this one, but I really think direction was a huge factor in the first films quality. We will have to compare notes in a few weeks.

As at right now, Creed was a Bolger into my top 20 films on flickchart, heavily based in sentimental value. I really don’t want to lose that when I see him take on drago.

Surely he wins this one right??

@AFriendFromWork - I think he has to. If he loses, I think the only way to make that work is if he's able to accept the loss, let go of his anger and need to prove himself, and leave boxing behind when he realizes how much it almost cost him. I feel like he has to be humbled because from the trailers, it looks like he's pursuing this fight with the wrong mindset. I can't see him winning like that, so he needs to be humbled at some point.

I think this is Miles at his best. Peter Parker is alone and anyone close to him he pushes away with his secrets(when he doesn't have to).

Miles on the other hand has this large circle or family and friends. It works best when they don't kill them because it's such a great heartfelt circle.

This is very well edited and emotion.....damn tears......emotional music video. This may as well be the commercial. I know so much about Miles without dialogue.

@storyteller - I think Miles' strong relationship with friends and family echoes a lot of what Bendis did with Peter (in a good way). Pretty early on in USM, Peter confides in MJ so he has an ally the way Miles has with Ganke. Eventually, there was a larger support community of Aunt May, Gwen, Johnny Storm, and Bobby Drake. One of the elements I missed after they transitioned Miles to 616 was how Peter's supporting cast was a part of Miles extended support. Seeing him meet and develop relationships with Gwen, May, MJ, and Jessica really made his story feel like an organic continuation of USM.
