Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has so far grossed over $660 million at the worldwide box office since first into theaters at the beginning of June. However, with a number of new titles vying for attention - and screens - the movie's theatrical run is beginning to wind down.
Fans are keen to relive the action at home, particularly as there are literally countless Easter Eggs still left to uncover. Now, we have a Digital release date for the critically acclaimed animated blockbuster (via Tooando.com). On Amazon, it's listed as debuting on the platform starting Tuesday, August 8.
That's 67 days after the movie's big screen debut, and a mere matter of weeks from now.
A recent Best Buy listing pointed to the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel hitting Blu-ray on September 5, so this latest update definitely rings true. Hopefully, an official announcement is imminent as we're keen to know what special features and deleted scenes we can look forward to.
