Andrew Garfield is once again doing the press rounds to discuss a new movie (Netflix's Tick, Tick... Boom!), and he's inevitably being asked more questions about Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Recently, Tom Holland described the movie as "three generations coming together," and The Amazing Spider-Man star was asked about those comments head-on by ExtraTV. "I’m not going to blink, I’m not going to do anything!" he responded after being asked to blink once if he'll be part of the threequel. Blinking repeatedly, he added: "I’m just going to do this now."
Despite that non-answer, Garfield was quick to praise Marvel Studios' vision for Spidey. "I really love what that whole team have done with the character. I really love what Jon Watts has done, what Tom has done, what Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige have done with this incarnation of the character, and they have given it so much soul and so much fun and joy and it is so true to the character."
"I will say this: I’m very excited to see what they’ve done with their third instalment," he added before joking: "I blinked a little bit, but it was totally accidental. I take no ownership over it!"
At the same premiere, Garfield had a very different response when a fan said they hope to see him in Spider-Man: No Way Home. In the video below, he simply gives a teasing, "We'll see."
