Spider-Man: No Way Home swings into theaters less than a month from now, and with tickets set to go on sale this Monday, we're looking forward to (hopefully) getting one final trailer. We'll keep you updated on that front, but in the meantime, Sony Pictures has launched a new TikTok account for TheDailyBugle.net.
Peter Parker's classmate (and Ned's ex-girlfriend) Betty Brant has been hired as an intern, and looks set to keep us updated on all things Spider-Man as the movie draws closer. J.K. Simmons' J. Jonah Jameson even shows up, though that appears to be footage shot for his big screen appearances that's being recycled. Either way, we love hearing him call Spider-Man a "Spider-Menace!"
This is a fun idea, anyway, and a clever way to hype Spider-Man: No Way Home on social media. Angourie Rice has always been an underappreciated part of the franchise, and if this is leading to her following in the comic book Betty's footsteps by becoming a reporter, count us in.
We obviously won't be covering all of these TikToks, but will definitely keep you updated if anything noteworthy pops up pertaining to the movie's plot or any other interesting reveals.
For now, check out the first two below:
