Sony Pictures finally released the new trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home earlier this week, and although it didn't feature the returning Spideys played by Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, it did give us a much better look at the threequel's plethora of villains.
A couple of different versions have since found their way online that include some brief snippets of new/alternate footage, and the trailer has now been released in IMAX. While none of these shots are new, the expanded aspect ratio allows us to see a little more (26%, to be exact) of the picture. This doesn't reveal very much, to be honest, but we do get a proper look at Green Goblin's glider.
It's also worth noting that Sony has now removed all trace of The Lizard being punched by an invisible adversary from the Brazilian version of the trailer!
"For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero. When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man."
Spider-Man: No Way Home swings into theaters next month.
