SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME Lego Sets Feature Doctor Strange, Wong, And Spidey's New Costume

Lego has officially unveiled its first Spider-Man: No Way Home sets, and while they don't really reveal anything major about the movie, we do get a look at the design for Spidey's new costume...

Tie-in merchandise for Spider-Man: No Way Home has begun to find its way online, and while Sony Pictures will no doubt ensure that nothing too major is spoiled, these first Lego sets do reveal a few interesting tidbits.

The "Spider-Man and The Sanctum Workshop" set seemingly confirms that Peter Parker and MJ will indeed cross paths with Doctor Strange and Wong in the Sanctum Santorum, and it looks like an action sequence will ensue - though it's important to keep in mind that these sets don't always reflect what happens on screen.

We also get a first look at what appears to be a new costume design for the webbed wonder. It's not a million miles away from his Far From Home suit, aside from the gold highlights.

There are a couple of other sets, but the packaging confirms that they're actually inspired by the events of the previous movies, so don't get too excited by the Mysterio and Vulture minifigs!

Check out the sets below, and click here for some hi-res images.

While specific plot details are still under wraps, we do know that Spider-Man: No Way Home will feature Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Spider-Man 2 actor Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus, and TASM 2's Jamie Foxx as Electro, along with returning cast members Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Tony Revolori and Marisa Tomei. A recent rumor indicated that Rhino and The Lizard will join Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin to make up the Sinister Six.

Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield (among others) are expected to return as their respective takes on Spidey, but that's yet to be made official.

@Juggernaut2021 - the mcu spider suits look like they were literally made just to sell toys, because they literally look like cheesy toy designs.

@BlackBeltJones - Look I don't want this to turn into a massacre like every thread regarding MCU Spiderman but he did crash that plane into Coney Island instead of the city in Homecoming in his homemade suit. https://tse1.mm.bing.net/th?id=OGC.3163883d7315e33698c8178c229f8129&pid=Api&rurl=https%3a%2f%2fmedia.tenor.co%2fimages%2f3163883d7315e33698c8178c229f8129%2fraw&ehk=Gb%2b61%2fRQPhlGC3ClzVGMUeVcoNjyoq7PhEm%2bIsKtgXY%3d

@MCUKnight11 - he's made major saves but seeing him actively swinging through Manhattan and battling/defending/saving and directly impacting an event that threatens the island is missed; at least for me.

Him and him alone among the towers and skyscrapers saving that cliche downtown NYC.

@MCUKnight11 - and that only became a risk because Spiderman got involved in the first place.

Maybe Iron Spider gets destroyed and combines pieces of it with the upgraded suit?

Little too late for Iron Spider, but that Wong look rocks. More Wong's always welcome

Why gold in the spider suit? Yuck. Maybe this is a way for his suit to be noticeable different if Tobey and Andrew's Spider-Men show up? But still, gross.

Hopefully that green thing in the Sanctum Santorum is Scorpion. Might be the only thing I'm looking forward to seeing besides Tom Holland. Come on, at least let my boy Vargas wear a suit.
