Supergirl had by far the biggest ratings debut of any new Fall TV show, and things are looking very good for the CBS series right now. To celebrate, the network has released a promo for next week's instalment - "Stronger Together" - featuring some awesome new footage...

"Stronger Together" – When Kara’s attempts to help National City don’t go according to plan, she must put aside the doubts that she – and the city’s media – has about her abilities in order to capture an escapee from the Kryptonian prison, Fort Rozz. Also, Cat pressures James to use his connection to Superman to get her an interview with Supergirl, when SUPERGIRL moves to its regular time period, Monday, Nov 2 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

I didnt hate or like the show. I watched it and when it was over I was just like....ok. BUT I think the girl cast as Supergirl is great. She has a smile and way about her that had me cheering for her to succeed. She will bring me back to watch the next one. See how it goes from there.

The numbers don't lie.

"Supergirl" scored a 3.2 in adults 18-49 and 12.94 million viewers, both of which are the best for a series premiere this fall.

Love her as Kar-El.

Hey, the first ep wasn't perfect and some of the writing was lacking, but I like the cast. I like the attitude and preciousness. It's family-friendly and targets women, not necessarily aimed at the usual fanboy audience. It's amazing that it took this long for a female super-lead. The appetite's been there a longgg while.

You are about to see an explosion of other female superheros, either in TV, film, or both. Not just Wonder Woman...

i also wanna add that her aunt, you know, the evil one at the end of the episode, has a great ass. and i will enjoy tuning in for more of it.

She's really cute and perfect for the role, imo.

Not a huge fan of the pilot, but lots of comic-based shows start off like that and improve. This probably will to.
