The Cats must pass a series of obstacles in order to finally get the Book of Omens, but Mumm-Ra is hot on their trail. Lion-O must stop him from getting the book first, for the book will lead whoever finds it to the Stones of Power.

I love the show but I just don't like Panthros design all that much.

It's a hair style/cut that was worn by samurai and was a status symbol for men in Japan during the Edo-period, called a topknot or chonmage. Considering this series was designed and animated in Japan, they decided to use that style to symbolize his honorable nature and warrior/veteran status, like the samurai in Japanese culture.
Sumo wrestlers are the only ones who wear this hair style today. When they cut it off it means that they are retiring. So, with all that to consider it fits Panthro's character; noble and experienced with war, and I don't think he's planning to retire anytime soon. :)

lol he was bald when he was younger but started growing hair in his advanced age. :P

I like that Mumm-Ra has a bat-face. That nose! XD He's creepier as normal Mumm-Ra. But looks pretty cool as Hulk-Ra.
