BUMBLEBEE Gets A Stunning New International Poster & TV Spot Ahead Of Its Release Next Month
Paramount Pictures has released a stunning new German poster for the eagerly-awaited Bumblebee, featuring the titular Autobot looking ahead to a bright new future with Hailee Steinfeld and John Cena.
With the Michael Bay-directed Transformers pentalogy firmly in the rearview mirror, Travis Knight's upcoming Bumblebee is all set to usher in a new age of Transformers universe movies, which should be welcome news for fans of all ages.
While plot details are being kept under wraps, the story is said to follow 18-year-old Charlie Watson, played by Academy Award-nominee Hailee Steinfeld (Pitch Perfect 3), who finds herself in the adventure of a lifetime when her new car turns out to be an Autobot in hiding. John Cena (Blockers) and Jorge Lendeborg Jr. (Spider-Man: Homecoming) will also feature in leading roles alongside the titular Autobot.
On the run in the year 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach town. Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld), on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken. When Charlie revives him, she quickly learns this is no ordinary, yellow VW bug.
