WESTWORLD Actor Leonardo Nam Joins The Cast Of DC Universe's SWAMP THING
Following a recent behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming DC Universe series, Swamp Thing has reportedly cast Leonardo Nam (Westworld) in a recurring role. Hit the jump for more details on his character...
Swamp Thing has already cast Andy Bean and Crystal Reed in the key roles of Alec Holland and Abigail Arcane, but now a new report has shed some light on one of the series' supporting characters and the actor who will be tackling the role.
According to Deadline, Westworld's Leonardo Nam has joined the DC Universe project in a recurring role as the character Harlan Edwards, "a gay CDC specialist who is Abby’s (Reed) second-in-command."
While Harlan Edwards doesn't appear to be based on any significant comic book character, his ties to Abigail Arcane suggest we'll be seeing a fair amount of him throughout the show.
The live-action Swamp Thing series, which comes from showrunners Mark Verheiden (Battlestar Galactica) and Gary Dauberman (It) and executive producer James Wan (Aquaman), is expected to premiere on the DC Universe streaming service later this year.
