Gregor is supposed to die as well. In the books Oberyn poison's his blade and Gregor dies a slow and painful death. I'm not sure how they are going to do it in the show. You can't really tell if he's dead there at the end or not, but I'm pretty sure they will somewhat address that in this weeks episode.
