Spoiler TV have discovered that when Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns for its midseason première on March 3rd, the title of its first ep. (season 2, episode 11) back will be "Aftershocks". This obviously has to do with the team dealing with the fallout of last year's eventful midseason finale, but it's also a reference to the new powers displayed by Skye Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) after she emerged from her "Inhuman" cocoon as Quake. We also found out that Battlestar Galactica's Edward James Olmos had joined the cast of season 2 in a mysterious role, and here is a recent set snap of the actor taken by King-Na Wen.

@Joementum

At times it feels bigger. They've introduced many superhumans whose origins (mostly) didn't rely on an event from the movies or a single convenient catalyst (i.e. particle accelerator explosion).

So far this season has been the best in CBTV history. Not saying much since they have all been very campy until arrow. But still, impressive season

Easily the best CBTV in existence. Agent Carter is great so far, but doesn't hold a candle to AoS. The world building they have done in this show is incredible. The range that some of the actors have shown (Dalton and De Caestecker especially) is mind-boggling. Both were considered serious letdowns and bad actors, now they've both proven they are the juggernauts of the show. Chloe Bennet has really grown into her role, and has become a favourite, rather than an annoyance. The villains have been well-casted and very well written. Paxton, Conrad, Diamond, and MacLachlan have all been superb in their respective roles.

I cannot wait for this show to come back. And the addition of Almos...It's phenomenal.

Marvel's brand is just on another level.

Killing it in blockbuster films.

Killing it on television.

Killing it in the comics.

And we we still have Daredevil to look forward to

I forgot you guys existed. :P

AOS is currently really great !

I love how that show it doesn't resemble any other show and is like an increasing expanding puzzle, a quest opening secret doors with a wink at the 80's V show springled with bits of LOST, INDIANA JONES and ALIAS

Its good to see more people catching on to AOS and it's gradual improvement. Then again, most shows that Whedon has produced start off slow and progressively improve over time. I think the only exception would be Firefly which was an awesome show right from the start.

I'm so glad they didnt keep chole's character stagnant and evolved her well enough to prevent her deterioting into a horrible "Felicity" like character.

MercwithMouth - 1/15/2015, 9:42 AM
@Ruhail

Agreed. She started off as an eye-candy novelty, and they used her as such. She got worse as season 1 went on. With season 2 and her being a full-fledged field agent, with training from May, she's evolved into a more balanced character.
