AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.: 'Raina''s INHUMAN Form Fully Revealed (SPOILERS)

The Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. midseason première hasn't actually finished up yet, but Marvel has just released an image from the episode giving us a clear look at what Raina (Ruth Negga) has become. Click on to check it out, but it ain't a pretty sight!

Fans have been waiting to see the results of Raina's Inhuman transformation since that first glimpse of what she'd become at the conclusion of the midseason finale, and although we've had a few teases here and there along the way, we finally got to see her in all her glory in tonight's episode, "Aftershocks". Many speculated that Raina would actually be an incarnation of the Savage Land's Raina from the Marvel Comics, but some have also guessed that she might become Naja; a new character who was recently introduced in the Inhuman comic series. Judging from the pic below, I'd say that's the more likely.

Oh yes, as you can see a character (Fitz) said the word "Inhuman" for the first time too. Plus, the transformation undergone by Skye and Raina is officially known as "Terrigenesis" -- and that eyeless fella glimpsed at the end of the last episode? He doesn't seem to be Reader as many assumed, and is referred to simply as "Gordon". It's safe to say as the show progresses we'll be getting plenty more reveals of the Inhuman variety, but what are your thoughts on what we've seen so far?

That part where he made the force field and teleported out was dope.

And by the way, that blind Inhuman's name is Gordon and I believe he's an original character.

I don't think it's Naja; when Raina took off her hood, her spikes were receding like the fin that's on her head in the comics. Plus, look at the mask around her eyes in the comics and look at the shape of the thorns around her eyes in the show.

@dio

I was kind of getting that feel that Fitz and skye may hook up.

After all the things they've been though, plus I think that would really pass Ward off. Lol
