In the new Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D teaser, there's only about 15 seconds of new footage.  Most of the footage is focused on the Inhumans but there’s also a quick shot of Daisy Johnson with her new Quake Guantlets.  The gauntlets look like their ripped straight out of the comics.  Prototypes of the gauntlets were seen last season and were designed by Agent Simmons.

Check out the new look in the screen captures above and if you haven't seen it yet, check out the Season 3 teaser below.

What do you think?  Sound off in the comments!

How did I know that the first comment was gonna be on how cheap they look before I even read the article?

Agents of shield should've been a netflix ahow....I think Marvel, now having its deal with netflix, would prefer it on there. If Marvel had its deal with netflix when AOS began, I think AOS would've benefited from Netflix's bigger budget and more leeway. The gauntlets should look better and AOS is biting of more than it can chew with a network budget

If Daisy/Quake got a hold of my wang..she could really shake it up nicely.

Yeah, a Netflix show would be awesome. I like last season of AOS. The whole Coulson thing is starting to get a little weird though.... From what Whedon said, he's pretty much dead in the movie universe.

But SHIELD doesn't exist... I really want them to address the status of SHIELD in the films. I know this is a secret sect of SHIELD and that in AOU, Fury briefly resurrected it, but it's said in Civil War descriptions that SHIELD is dead...

@DrKinsolving I think Whedon regrets giving into the fans love of coulson and resurrecting him. The team shouldve been headed by a Shield character from the comics. I doubt they will ever address Coulson's existence in the films...maybe in a throwaway scene ot line but idk. It bothers me haha. Coulson worked better as the "agent man" fury's quiet right hand man

Totally, personally, I can't stand the Quicksilver death in AOU, but I would have been perfectly fine with Coulson staying dead, his death would have meant something. Quicksilver on the other hand had so much potential in future MCU movies, and with the Inhumans, etc, I'm still shocked that they killed him off, the only real explanation aside from Whedon's must have had to do with the rights situation.

@MexicanSuperman

Yeah man, I feel like that too, AOS definitely made me like Coulson more too. A big part of me, wishes that he just stayed dead though, and they still moved forward with AOS with another character from the comics heading SHIELD like @ComicsBornAndBred was saying

Maybe even bring in Maria Hill as a director at first and then have Daisy take the mantle with Fury making cameos, or another character from the comics

Yep, they were in Party City.... right next to Diggle's entire Arrow costume.

You're giving Diggle's costume to much credit. I'm positive I saw it as a scrapped uniform idea at my local waffle house.

@NightsKing

Yeah, the MCU rocks, but it definitely has an overindulgence of Stark.

I think with the addition of Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, and hopefully Thor: Ragnarok and The Inhumans, that will start to change

Cap got a big boost from the Winter Soldier, hopefully Ragnarok can do the same thing for Thor

Yeah, they are pretty disgusting. Me and my friends call it the Awful House. It never fails that they always have a waitress working that is missing teeth.

it's sad how many people took time out of their day to shit on something they have only seen a single blurry shot of.

sad pathetic losers.

His purpose was to bring the avengers together. Him not dying defeats the purpose and makes his sacrifice meaningless.

He did die though. He did bring the Avengers together. Fury bringing him back from the dead through highly questionable means doesn't instantly make the Avengers as a team go *poof*, as we saw in AOU.

I fully agree, though, that the whole "Coulson Returns" thing probably wasn't all that well thought out in the beginning. It would've made more sense if they'd had plans for closer connecting movie and TV. Only mentioning him like they did in AOU works, and will work for a while, but there's potential lost that way.

Season 2 was awesome. Shield didn't 'existed' before Avengers. It doesn't 'exists'now.

Yeah it would have been better on Netflix but its still great for were it is.

And doesn't that costume looks nearly like comic book?

@dethpillow

Definitely, I think this is one of those things that is a lot easier to look back on in retrospect and say, why didn't they do this, you know, especially for the first season. You can tell that they learned a lot after the first season because of how season 2 progressed. It's funny I think I remember the promo before the first episode and the put a quick scene of Iron Man flying or something, but Iron Man has never been on the show, ha

I like that idea of introducing Coulson later too, and the idea of AOS without Coulson at all and bringing in other characters is something I always thought would be cool. When Daisy takes over, if the show lasts long enough, I think that could add a lot to the show

Or introducing S.W.O.R.D., which I have a feeling they still might do

Absolutely! It would have been a better show than this mess that is currently on.
Imagine if they based it on Sterankos run and set it in the 60's and had Nick Fury Senior. Awesome!

Looks cool. Really loving what they've done with her character. Never liked the hacker part. Stupid Joss Whedon (SJW) characters that they've been slowly rewriting or phasing out.

I am really looking forward to this season.
