It's just kind of weird to see alternate covers focused on characters that have nothing to do with the series.

Love the show. Hate the covers.

@RyGoR, I'm with you on that. These cover ideas are another cool way to tie in the different universes too...

I'm slowly losing interest in this show. I just find it shallow and "too Disney" as some would say. The acting is okay at times, but I caught myself rolling my eyes sometimes when watching the first 2 episodes. If you're into eye candy and want attractive young actors and actresses, then this is the show for you. The show can pass for a typical shallow Michael Bay movie, but more tamed for TV.

C'mon Marvel; do better!

Great Show! That being said I prefer my comic covers to you know, be drawn. At least bring in a artist to do a render of the photos, don't just slap photos on the front of your books.

Tried episode one and thought it was average, didn't even make it through half of episode two. This show is so cheesy, especially when they mention the movie heroes. Can't seem to like any of the characters no matter how much I try, they're so unintersting. Comedy is non existent as well...

Makes sense to have a rocket scientist on the cover of GotG and a Bio-whatever for X-Men.
Now if only Coulson was on a Captain America cover...

I'm in the same crowd of liking the show, but the marketing seems misplaced. Aren't the fans the ones already watching or who've made up their mind? They should be trying for more general audience and not drumming up marketing on books that the fans read for a show they probably already watch(ed).

S.H.I.E.L.D. = Shitty Hollywood In Every Lame Department

I'm not a smart man, so bare with me. The pictures above, are actual covers to those unrelated comics?

If so, I have to say it's the [frick]ing dumbest shit I've seen in a while- after Iron Man 3 of course.

Stupid idea

Hey JoeMomma29

Have fun hating on more AoS articles, you only have 2 years till the next "DCU" film.

Anyone else notice its the same DC fans hating every time? haha, smells of desperation

Funny fact, after next week AoS will have more viewers in 3 episodes than Arrow gets all season. And you guys wanna talk about cheese? Can you imagine what a CW Flash is going to look like? Holy shit, its going to be bad

And didn't Nomis used to be funny? Now he just hates on shit like a depressed mongoloid. (with a Cowboys avatar, wtf)
Hulksta

I have problems with the show, but my immediate problem is how some pissy intern probably did these up in an hour. They obviously took no effort.

If they were smart, have a cover with that character drawn by the cover artist in a situation with those characters. Have May flirting with Tony, or Coulson looking up at Superior Spider-Man. Something! We're supposed to believe these people belong in the Marvel universe but these covers missed an opportunity to do just that.
