'Quake' Has Something In Common With An AVENGER In New AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Clip

In this new clip from "Love In The Time Of Hydra", Quake is equipped with something that looks an awful lot like the gauntlets worn by her comic book counterpart as she struggles to control her Inhuman side. That leads to a lot of Avengers Easter Eggs related to Captain America and the Hulk...

Nice. Hopefully they make them.... bigger and more like the comics.

Right now they just look like black braces or resting hand splints

It always kinda hurts whenever they have to bring up the Avengers. It always feels kinda clumsy.

What an awesome scene. So amazing to have a weekly show set in the MCU.

The NEWS section has been down for more than a week now on and off.

If I were a conspiracy theorist I would suggest that the site and the main editors are trying to limit user created content in favor of their top editors. Hard to upvote articles/news from members if you can't see them.

But really who knows. The past few months this place has really went downhill as far as content created by users. I've seen it go from "if you have something awesome it has a chance to make it to main" to "only certain people get on main". Seems like there are only a couple of writers that ever feature on the main page and most of their articles are pulled from other users articles and called their own.

The only thing that annoys me more than the the childish dialogue, is the forced avengers references

Why do you think is weird when they talk about the Avengers?
It's the same universe, it wil be the same in Daredevil (just like in the end of the trailer).
At least everytime they mention them they have a reason, not like in the first episodes

So what "Quake" has in common with an Avenger is that she shared a sentence with one?
