Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s midseason finale featured Agent Coulson and his team attempting to return to the present after being stranded in outer space in a post-apocalyptic future. A promo for the episode - titled "All the Comforts of Home" - has confirmed they make it and are fugitives on the run. Now, a synopsis reveals that Carl Creel, a.k.a. The Absorbing Man is going to show up in this episode.
The last time we saw him, Creel was working for General Talbot and had redeemed himself for his villainous past. However, considering the fact the world saw an L.M.D. version of Daisy Johnson shoot Talbot in the head, common sense says that The Absorbing Man will now be taking aim at the team.
Coulson and team set out to rewrite the course of humanity’s fate, but they’re unaware that their efforts will dramatically change one S.H.I.E.L.D agent’s life, on “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” FRIDAY, MARCH 2 (9:01-10:01 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.
