Looks like either Ward Fitz on the expected deathlist.

that would suck, they are the best characters on the show. Though Ward probably won't survive the season. Then again, its becoming increasingly hard to predict anything on this show.

Kill Coulson, his arc is pretty much done. Ward and Fitz are the best characters on this show and deserve to live at least until the end of the season.

@CaptShipwreck:

And if Wards words are true, Simmons dies too.

@FishyZombie: I too want Ward to survive,but as you say the character has ran its course. Either that or he has to become a comic book character. As many people say, Taskmaster is a possibility. But I would love to see him as Moon Knight. The origin stories are nearly identical.

The only difference is Ward doesn't gives a f(rick) about money, while in case of Spector,money is all he cares about, before becoming Moon Knight.

@GliderMan:

Marc Spector is a mercenary. Its obvious that he kills people. As much as Ward if not more. Moon Knight kills too.

@KurtWagner1225: I thought that was just a prediction thread. Never got to my mind that it was a f**king review. I am officially....

@GliderMan: Isn't Hunter notorious for his doubtful morale? I mean Ward himself was meh about Coulson threatening him with brother until Hunter was the one pointing the gun. Hunter atleast cares about human life. Spector just doesn't gives a f[rick]. Ward, at this point, seems to be just as messed up as Spector ,is depicted in the comics, prior to meeting Khonshu. An I think that creature is non other than Khonshu.

@dragons292014 That forbes review has me pretty pumped! And for those that still try to somehow hate on this show:

"Put simply, by now, if one is complaining Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a bad show because it’s a series devoid of intrigue, action and superheroes, then they are someone that hasn’t actually watched an episode since the first half of season one."

Suck it bitches.

Cannot wait, but GODDAMMIT these mid-season breaks!!! Sure, we're going to get Agent Carter and Legends of Tomorrow, but I HATE this hiatus that occurs mid-season. I find it lazy.

I know that somebody needs to die, but how can the show kill off Fitz, Ward, or Coulson? All three are pillars of the show.

But somebody on Maveth has to die. So who? The astronaut? He can totally go. I have a REALLY bad feeling that Fitz will die, which really sucks.

Honestly this show has gone beyond prediction point. All we know know is someone is gonna die. My money is on Simmons and Ward

And from the reviews we got so far,like identity of that creature will not be revealed tomorrow. More questions will be created and answers given.

This Ward and Coulson showdown is happening faster than I thought it was going to happen. The writers are burning through this arc. I just can't see both Ward and Coulson getting through this intact. The writers seem to have set up for Coulson to kill Ward on Maveth. I just can't see it going in other way.

So I'm going to guess if Ward doesn't get possessed by the ancient Inhuman, I think Coulson kills Ward, maybe set up by Fitz. I think the writers like Brett Dalton so they bring the character back by making him a LMD. As an LMD, the writers will free themselves of any Ward baggage and could incorporate him better with the other characters. The rest of the team could still hate on him due to his resemblence and the actions of the real Ward. And who knows Coulson could use LMD Ward as a mole in Hydra's inner workings at some point.

I think astronaut Will gets possessed by the Inhuman since I can't see any use of him returning just to be an obstacle between FitzSimmons. There has to be a twist in his story. If Will is taken by the ancient Inhuman -then he could be the big bad the Secret Warriors fight at the end of the season. The reveal of the Inhuman in Will's (or Ward's) body could be when he kills Malick.

My predictions (surely wrong):
Will ages to an old man and dies on the planet.

Coulson uses the planet's fauna against Ward.

The Hydra leader turns out to be The Unspoken and his aim is to create the Zodiac hence why Malik has prepared him an army of a dozen inhumans. Their goal is to fully unleash the Terrigen mists on earth.

The Hydra leader comes to Earth. Fitz and Coulson manage to make it to the extraction point and leave Ward for dead.
(but he won't really die. He'll bond with something alien)

And for good measure, let's leave Coulson's hand behind on the planet, to set up a Machine Man story.

The episode that Grant "Cardboard since the first [frick]ing episode" Ward dies is when I'll start watching the series again.

@Retribution13- You haven't watched 8t since S1? Ward is one of the great characters in MCU asva whole.

Grant Ward is a piece of sh*t, and I love it. Such a despicable villain.

I know this show has its fair share of haters, and even I was on the fence about it at times (most of season 1, and that horrendous S2 episode with Cal's 'team' of F-List losers), but holy hell has this season been phenomenal. I'm now excited to watch it every week. Funny enough, I didn't find myself caring about Coulson a whole lot this season, at least up until recent events. Fitz, Ward, Andrew and Daisy are far more compelling.
