@DeusExSponge

What the hell are you doing here? Go watch it. Episodes 4 and 5 are some of the best hours of television I've ever seen.

Looks like it starts a week after season 5 of GoT ends. Loved season 1, if season 2 is half as good I'll be glad.

Is this the first "serious" role for Vince Vaughn? Also, how is this CBM-related?

Well it may not be CBM related but there's certainly action on the show.

Are we seriously complaining about this on a website paid to advertise Vampire Diaries?

Season 1 was insanely good! I don't know if they can top it, but this looks pretty damn great.

@TheMarvelite It's an amazing show. Years of story packed in only 8 episodes. Plus the acting and cinematography is simply top-notch.

Hey, if we can talk about Fast and the Furious here; I say we can talk about True Detective :-).

Really excited for this. Loved the first season.

Love the song they used in this trailer.

Season 1 was amazing, this could possibly be the new best show on TV...if the following seasons are as well thought out and consistently good as season 1, it'll be up there with Sopranos as one of the all time greats. Something that breaking bad and walking dead threw away after a couple seasons.

@TheAmbassador My thinking is its high-quality, genre-ish, and it has the Daredevil-Farrell connection.

On a personal note I'm stoked to see what Taylor Kitsch does who coincidentally enough....

Bring it on!

One of my favourite moments of season one was that brilliant tracking shot on episode 4. I'd love to embed it bud sadly embedding is disabled for that scene.

I wasn't as happy with S1 as I'd hoped to be. For a good part it was really damn good, but in the end it didn't live up to its promise imo. Still enjoyed it a lot.

Looking forward to S2, although I have some problems with Vince Vaughn having a big role in it. Maybe he'll surprise me. :)

@Kyos

Yeah, i wasn't really happy with the last part either, they left a lot of questions without an answer.. Carcosa, the Yellow King.. they just got their guy and they were good with it without investigating further.
