Disney and Marvel have released a slew of photos highlighting the fun activities that await Marvel Day at Sea, a special day when your favorite Marvel heroes come to life and interact with guests aboard select 7- and 8-night Disney Cruise Line sailings.

This photos show off the "Marvel Heroes Unite" nighttime spectacular. This battle at sea between Marvel Heroes and Villains is filled iwth special effects, stunts and pyrotechnics, and music.

In the interactive show “Doctor Strange: Journey into the Mystic Arts," the Sorcerer Supreme invites guests to join him on a journey of discovery into the world of the Mystic Arts.

Black Panther will also make an appearance aboard the cruise ship, along with other fan-favorite characters like Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, and Black Widow.

And, of course, Disney's core cast of characters — Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale — will all dress up to honor their favorite Marvel Super Heroes.

Marvel Day at Sea will be held on select 7- and 8-night Disney Cruise Line sailings from New York this fall, and returns on select 5-night Western Caribbean cruises from Miami in early 2018.

That shot of Black Panther with that kid is so beautiful. Representation matters a lot and representing culture is always a win.

Also these photos have reignited my hunger for Infinity War trailer, Marvel the movie is only 6 months away and no damn teaser even ?

Never did like the idea of Marvel being Disney's lap dog. Sure their making money, but this always led me to believe that the mouse is pulling all the strings.

Spider-Man in the deck chair is a meme waiting to happen, especially on the weekend that Justice League seems to be foundering.

Leave it to Americans to be racist while trying hard not to be, it's like, abusrd (to me).

@ODanil - huh? because a black kid is with black panther? how is that racist?

@BloodyBed - well, it's the whole "finally a superhero black kids can relate" argument. Like, they can't relate to Superman?

I find that to be a very sad thinking.

@ODanil - or maybe it was just a good picture?

@ODanil - You're really missing the point.

And I feel as though you're not black so that's why you would say this.

Plus, no one ever said a black kid can't look up to Superman. I loved Spider-Man as a kid. But there's a difference between that and seeing yourself in someone who has the same skin colour as you, especially if you leave in a society that defines you by that skin colour. It's a way of escaping.

Basically you won't ever have that experience and really you shouldn't tell people who to not look up to and why (unless they're clearly assholes).
