Disney+ recently released a trio of Ahsoka character posters featuring droids Chopper and Huyang, along with the mysterious Inquisitor known as Marrok, and the streamer has now shared an additional banner (via SFFGazette.com) that's sure to delight fans of the Star Wars Rebels animated series.

Though he/she doesn't have a name (that we know of), this poster spotlights Sabine Wren's pet Lothcat.

Lothal's indigenous felines were a regular fixture in Rebels, and we got to see a few of them pop up (literally) in live-action form during the first two episodes of Ahsoka. This particular Lothcat appeared in several scenes, and warned both Sabine and Ahsoka of imminent danger.

With Sabine back by Ahsoka's side and off on a mission to track down Morgan Elsbeth and her enforcers, we may not see this furry little critter again for a while, but we're sure they'll make another appearance before the season concludes.

Have you watched the first two episodes of Ahsoka? If so, be sure to share your thoughts in the comments down below.

Set after the fall of the Empire, Ahsoka follows the former Jedi knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

The series stars Rosario Dawson in the title role, with Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth, Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati, Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, David Tennant as Huyang, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn, with Eman Esfandi appearing as Ezra Bridger.

Kevin Kiner was announced as the series' composer.

Ahoska is written by executive producer Dave Filoni, alongside executive producers Favreau, Kennedy, Wilson, and Beck. Gilchrist is co-executive producer. The series’ directors include Filoni, Steph Green, Peter Ramsey, Jennifer Getzinger, Geeta Vasant Patel and Rick Famuyiwa.

Well, I was gonna lump this series into the sludge that is current star wars content, but then I found out it has a cute furry pet. Now I'll watch it 50 times in a row.

@Origame - Every Star Wars project is mandated to have a new cute alien in it.

@mountainman - hell, marvel is getting into that as well. Need I remind you of goose, pizza dog, Morris, alligator loki, sparky, and the moon knight fish.

@Origame - Since the success of Baby Yoda you'll get a cute alien everything Star Wars, hoping to cash in on it.

Remember when movies and shows carried their own instead of relying on cute baby small furry aliens and animals?
