While Wonder Woman fans will be eagerly anticipating the sequel's December 25 theatrical/HBO Max release, Star Wars aficionados also have reason to be excited this Christmas Day.

It's just been announced that Disney: Gallery: The Mandalorian will return for a new special to document the making of the second season of the hugely popular Star Wars series.

The first batch of Gallery episodes offered a deep dive into pretty much every aspect of The Mandalorian season 1, bringing fans a fascinating behind-the-scenes glimpse into the show. With season 2 featuring the live-action debuts of characters such as Ahsoka Tanoa and Bo-Katan as well as the return of Boba Fett, the docu-series' second run will be a must-watch for many.

Check out a new poster below.

The season 2 finale of The Mandalorian hits Disney+ tomorrow, and there's a lot of speculation surrounding the (possible) appearance of a Jedi who may or may not help Djarin, Fett, Shand and co. rescue Grogu from the clutches of Moff Gideon.

How do you guys see this final chapter playing out? Be sure to share your thoughts in the usual place.

I was extremely impressed in the episode where they were talking and Carl Weathers was in on the discussion. Everyone kind of talked over each other UNTIL Carl started talking, and everyone went silent and listened to the man. That showed a lot of respect for him. He seems like a good guy.

First season was a great watch, so this will be a welcome watch too. Was hoping to see one for The Clone Wars too. Maybe in the future other shows will though.
