Last night's new look at The Mandalorian was a little underwhelming, especially as fans were hoping it might pull back the curtain on characters like Ahsoka Tano and Boba Fett.
Like The Child before them, it seems the plan is to keep those characters under wraps until the series arrives on Disney+. That's fair enough, but to keep you ticking over until October 30th, we now have a few new stills from season two.
There are no huge reveals here, but we do get to enjoy some cool shots of Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Cara Dune (Gina Carano).
In season two, The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire. The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito, and the first three are highlighted here alongside The Child.
Directors for the new season include Jon Favreau (his first time helming an episode of the Disney+ series), Dave Filoni, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Carl Weathers, Peyton Reed and Robert Rodriguez. Showrunner Jon Favreau serves as executive producer along with Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson, with Karen Gilchrist serving as co-executive producer.
