THE MANDALORIAN Season 3 Set Video Features Katee Sackhoff's Bo-Katan Kryze Engaged In Combat

Bespin Bulletin (via SFFGazette.com) has managed to nab a video from the set of The Mandalorian season 3, and it shows us an interesting confrontation involving Katee Sackhoff's Bo-Katan Kryze. We know the character will be a big part of the show when it returns, and it's really no great surprise that she'll see some action in the Disney+ series.

As you can see, Sackhoff was shot alongside the returning Simon Kassianides as Axe Woves. We've been anticipating that following his absence from the season 2 finale, but has one of Bo-Katan's allies since become an enemy?

It's hard to say for sure, but it appears as if she might be trading blows with the unmasked Woves. It's always possible the Mandalorians are just training. Either way, the site notes that they also spotted someone believed to be Sasha Banks as Koska Reeves, though it's hard to say for sure (the former WWE Superstar has previously said she won't be part of season 3).

Whatever the case may be, the Mandalorian who Bo-Katan is facing off with looks to be a fellow Night Owl. Remember, Moff Gideon wielded the Darksaber for a time, so it's plausible that one of her allies views him as the rightful ruler of Mandalore and has pledged loyalty to the shattered Empire.

We've previously heard that various Mandalorian clans will be part of the show when it returns, so we're intrigued to see how this part of Star Wars lore is explored moving forward.

Disney+ Day takes place tomorrow and there are already rumblings that The Mandalorian might be getting its first trailer. If so, plans for what comes next in this corner of the Galaxy Far, Far Away might soon become clear (including what role Bo-Katan will play in proceedings).

Would be cool to see them actually play her as a villain

Remember when she was introduced she was a terrorist and participated in the plot that led to Mandalor’s fall

@dracula - that's twice now she was responsible for Mandalore's fall I guess. Maybe third time's a charm? Just not a lucky one, but a fatal one this time?

The Bo-Katan armor translated so well from animation to live-action that it’s pretty amazing. Also great that the voice actor got to return.

Wish they hadn’t killed off Cad Bane because he also was great in Live-Action (though they left themselves an out for him to return).

Here comes the invincible female characters, surely we’ll get a couple scenes showing that Mandalorian will have most certainly died if not for them to come save him at the last second.

Guess Axe Woves was pissed that Bo-Katan didn't take them on that roadtrip where they met Luke Skywalker. I know I would be pissed
