The Mandalorian season 3 is now right around the corner, and after The Book of Boba Fett reunited Din Djarin and Grogu following their tearful farewell in the season 2 finale, we can't wait to see where this story goes next.

A newly released TV spot offers a few insights into that, putting the spotlight on Din's quest to return to Mandalore and regain his status as a "Mandalorian."

We're also shown more of what looks set to be an epic aerial battle and some of the Mandalorians Din and Grogu cross paths with on this latest adventure. As the rightful wielder of the Darksaber, Din may well end up leading his fellow warriors on a path that sees them restored to their rightful place in the Galaxy.

Whether the bounty hunter is willing to take on that role is hard to say, and we've no doubt Bo-Katan Kryze will have something to say about it if he does!

In season 3, the journeys of the Mandalorian through the Star Wars Galaxy continue. Once a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin has reunited with Grogu. Meanwhile, the New Republic struggles to lead the galaxy away from its dark history. The Mandalorian will cross paths with old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together.

The series stars Pedro Pascal, Katee Sackhoff, Carl Weathers, Amy Sedaris, Emily Swallow, and Giancarlo Esposito.

It's also been confirmed that The Mandalorian's directing team will be comprised of Rick Famuyiwa, Rachel Morrison, Lee Isaac Chung, Carl Weathers, Peter Ramsey, and Bryce Dallas Howard, an all-star team we're sure will bring plenty of exciting ideas and visuals to this corner of a Galaxy Far, Far Away.

Jon Favreau is the showrunner/head writer and serves as an executive producer along with Dave Filoni, Rick Famuyiwa, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck are co-executive producers.

The Mandalorian season 3 premieres on Disney+ on March 1.

Really wonder if we're gonna see more Mandalorians without their helmets on.

The Children of the Watch probably keep them on, but Death Watch itself wasn't even as strict (maybe that's the reason their Children do, as they see it as one fo the reasons Death Watch lost).
