HITMAN: AGENT 47 centers on an elite assassin who was genetically engineered from conception to be the perfect killing machine, and is known only by the last two digits on the barcode tattooed on the back of his neck. He is the culmination of decades of research – and forty-six earlier Agent clones -- endowing him with unprecedented strength, speed, stamina and intelligence. His latest target is a mega-corporation that plans to unlock the secret of Agent 47’s past to create an army of killers whose powers surpass even his own. Teaming up with a young woman who may hold the secret to overcoming their powerful and clandestine enemies, 47 confronts stunning revelations about his own origins and squares off in an epic battle with his deadliest foe.

Directed by Aleksander Bach, Hitman: Agent 47 also stars Hannah Ware and Thomas Kretschmann. It's set to be released on August 28th. What do you guys think about this first look at the movie?

So basically, they pulled a "The lone ranger" and the movie will be seen through the eyes of the bigger star? (in this case Zaccary Quinto)
Besides that, it looks like a nice action flick.

The CGi looks cheesy, but the set pieces are fairly inventive. Gotta give it that much.

I'm in, it looks great. I guess Fox wanted all the Spidey talk to simmer down as well. Good job Fox, I wanted it too.

Bad CGI, but looks cool. But I cant accept the Mainactor. He doesnt fit well. Id love to see Walker in this. Too bad he effin had to die. :'( Loved him.. man.. this Film could've been awesome..

Nice but not to get off subject but i bet Sony is also happy about the spidey deal cause now they can ask Marvel to use their Kingpin from the DareDevil series for Sinister six. Ok i did get off subject

Second try and Hitman has been dumbed down to a typical, by the numbers action flick yet again.

@fettastic
I love the series. I think it's a smart and pretty punishing stealth series with some really cool gameplay moments. But I'm surprised this actually got a reboot, and both films missed the peak of the series' popularity. I'm more surprised there hasn't been a Halo or Metal Gear movie by now, or other game franchises more deserving of a film.

Friend plays my favorite character on Homeland...

His character Quinn is an assassin...

Looks generic and crap.
Quinto needs to be in a comic movie.

This looks better than the first movie.

I gotta say though, I don't like that they made Agent 47 into an action hero...

That's not how the character is in the games. He is a covert assassin.
