In a Twitter post earlier this morning, the official Kingdom Hearts account announced the release date of the highly-anticipated third installment into the fan-favorite franchise, along with debuting a short 10-second teaser that you can view HERE.

During Disney’s video game presentation at 2015’s D23 Expo, Kingdom Hearts III producer Shinji Hashimoto announced that Square Enix’s highly anticipated role-playing game will feature a world inspired by the movie Big Hero 6. And, of course, the franchise will continue to feature Disney fan-favorites, such as Donald Duck and Goofy.

Thus far, there have been 8 worlds (plus the Big Hero 6 one) confirmed for the upcoming game:
  1. Mount Olympus (Hercules)
  2. Twilight Town (Kingdom Hearts II)
  3. Yen Sid's Tower (Kingdom Hearts II)
  4. Old Mansion (Kingdom Hearts II)
  5. Kingdom of Corona (Tangled)
  6. San Fransokyo (Big Hero 6)
  7. Andy's House (Toy Story)
  8. Monsters, Inc. Factory (Monsters, Inc.)
Kingdom Hearts III is expected to hit shelves on January 29, 2019, releasing on PlayStation 4 & XBOX One.

It will be released five days earlier in Japan on January 25, 2019.

I expected something from the MCU in the video game. Sakaar and the arena of gladiators, and Maybe Groot and Rocket helping Sora.

Mostly looking forward to what Xbox will show!

EA had some cool stuff with Unravel 2 and Battlefield V but I wished they’d shown actual Fallen Order footage. I trust Respawn but sometimes seeing is believing when it comes to Star Wars titles.

Also wanting info on Square Enix’s new Avengers game and a look at CoD’s Black Out please💕
