The events of Arkham Origins are set several years before Batman: Arkham Asylum, in the middle of winter in fictional Gotham City. Batman is an experienced crime-fighter, but has not yet become the veteran superhero portrayed in Arkham Asylum and Arkham City. He remains a mysterious force with even the police unsure if he is a vigilante, a myth or supernatural. Batman has battled with normal criminals and gangsters and is used to being stronger and faster than his targets, but on a snowy Christmas eve he is confronted with far more dangerous enemies: super villains tasked with killing Batman. The sadistic and brutal Black Mask has placed a bounty on the superhero, and Batman must discover why the villain harbors a deep hatred for him.

I've been taking some summer classes and I haven't been able to play my Gears Of War. Need to get back. Bout the only game I play besides these Batman games.

Why does every game have to add multiplayer these days? I would prefer more of the campaign over this mode I will never play. Plus it is being made by Splash Damage so you know it won't be good. Even if nothing was added extra & it ended up being the same game I would prefer that over having the forced multiplayer.

If this take place at year two in Batman's carreer and it take place in December maybe at the end they hint towards Robin.Since it's technically year 2 going on year 3.And yet only means they haven't established Robin.

This is the multiplayer not the story mode so the stuff that happens in this is not in the story.

I gotta say I really like Bane's look in this game. Bane was my least favorite character in the other games because the make him a Hulk sized, mindless brute but I think this is going to be much better.

Also I had a theory about his game. I think that they should have Bane severely injure Batman and then they can introduce Thomas Elliot which would give us background info for when the Arkham City sequel comes out and Hush is the main villain. That would be awesome.

I really hope it's Dick Grayson... but the bow staff that can change into a shield is exactly the same as Tim Drake's from Arkham City. Now they could say he just passed the weapon down, but I'd rather see Dick using Escrima.
