In celebration of Marvel Television's upcoming series Marvel's Cloak & Dagger, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced a new DLC pack for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 inspired by the comic book series.

Available today for just $2.99, the Cloak & Dagger Character and Level Pack for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 contains exactly what the name suggests it does. The new level is set immediately after Cloak and Dagger gain their new powers. Players must use these newly discovered abilities to work through a series of puzzles and the duo escape their evil captor and super powered henchman. Upon completing the new level, the following characters will be added to the game's already robust roster of 200 Super Heroes and Super Villains: Cloak, Dagger, Mister Negative, Blackout, Shroud, Nightmare, and Silvermane.

The Cloak & Dagger Character and Level Pack can be purchased individually or as part of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2's Season Pass ($14.99) which also includes six Level Packs and four Character packs.

As a reminder, Marvel's Cloak & Dagger television series will premiere on Freeform on Thursday, June 7. The first trailer for the show was released today, so be sure to check it out!

With all the characters this game has plus a more in depth character creator, this game needs a create your own story/missions mode, I wouldn't get off the game then.

Imagine recreating famous comic arcs or the films into lego gameplay missions.
