@MrSid It's more like an upgrade to Marvel Heroes. More unlockable characters and costumes, team-up addition, new areas, new game modes, higher level cap and better mechanics. I guess they'll be adding more throughout the year as well.

The Alliance one looks like crap, Marvel Heroes looks like it could be somewhat fun for a little bit.

I'm still waiting on Marvel to snatch up a really good AAA developer, I can get get hype with that.

It looks like both of these games are upgrades to Alliance and Marvel Heroes. Both look really good.

@Drunken

Neither of these games are MOBAs like Infinte Crisis.

Id like to see an avenger game in the same vein as the Arkham games.

Are they trying to rip off Xcom?

Can someone here tell me with detail if Marvel Heroes is worth trying now? Can we actually get heroes and costumes without paying or is it still nearly impossible via random drop?

@CosmicLord

I think it's worth trying, considering it's free. I'm a big DD fan so I'm kind of biased because he's a starter character and I really don't plan on changing.

I stopped playing this game for a while but just downloaded the newer version a few days ago and started playing again. It's still all about the random drop but it seems to be easier to find as I already found 2 heroes and 1 costume the first day. There are more starter characters to choose from I believe and it runs a lot better.
