Was the first one worth it?

I find most games and DLC hard to justify spending more than 20$ on total...

I hate when they give him just skins

If your gonne give him other suits he should have the powers that come along with them

Oh look, the same skins from every Spider-Man game ever.

So are these going to be unlockable in game or is preorder the only chance to get them? Because the kind of DLC bullshit that's killing mainstream gaming by forcing you to buy 80% of a game at full price and get the rest of it later.

I wish different skins did different things, like the venom suit shoots black venom webs etc

They should change it to the Shattered Dimensions pack since it is.

oh wow! 4 suits that we haven't had the chance to play with! (sarcasm just in case people wonder) If you are going to put out those outfits, give them different abilities at least (maybe they will and I'm wrong but I doubt it.)

Beenox confirmed that the different costumes wont just be plain skins, every costume does apparently have different feature sets.

Nobody cares. Beenox doesn't have the mojo to sell a game that stands out from the rest. Always sub par.

This will be my 1st next generation game. So yeah, some people care. Here is hoping that they can top PS2's Spider-Man 2 this time around, I can't be that hard. I did like TASM1 game though, it was repetitive, but it did have some astonishing graphics.

@SidTheSlothGod: They confirmed it on their twitter page. They said something along the lines of using a costume to level its special power up.

The GameStop website says the following:

"Web-heads who buy the game early through GameStop will receive the Web Threads Suit Pack, a DLC bundle making available four sleek, super-powered suits for Spidey's wardrobe on launch day. Each outfit offers unique combat bonuses throughout the adventure, as well as a great look for those front page shots in The Daily Bugle."

So there you go, all costumes will have different abilities.

Why is it that Rocksteady and WB montreal have the same 2+ years to make a game and their Batman stuff gets leaps and bounds better per entry and Spider-Man uses the same city, same physics, same skins, same....everything and is cool finishing in last place, it annoys me cause I buy these out of my loyalty towards Spidey but their mediocre at best

*SPOILER ALERT for my comment is you haven't seen the first Amazing Spider-Man Film* I rented the first game for a week and beat it in about 2 or 3 days, and didn't find it to have a lot of replay-value afterwards, so I'll probably just rent this one too. Also, the first game spoiled George Stacy's death even though I heard from a developer the game didn't spoil the film, so I'll wait until after the movie to play this.

What's the point? Just buy Shattered Dimensions or Edge of Time or whatever! It's the same old recycled costumes over and over again.
