After a highly successful 5th installment to the car franchise, you can expect another one to come around pretty soon right? how about another 2?

The L.A Times states that both Fast and Furious 6 & 7 might be filmed back-to-back, the same thing is happening with The Hobbit, which is currently in production. Veteran scriptwriter Chris Morgan, who wrote the last 3 Movies, is currently working out the story for the 2 films. Director Justin Lin is expected to return.

A release date is currently set for May 24, 2013. If, however, the films to indeed film together, this date could be pushed back, since lin would have to film, the 7th movie, while editing the 6th one.

I really enjoy this series, but they really should stop making films in it. Nuff said.
