Mission: Impossible 6 director Christopher McQuarrie has shared another couple of black and white behind-the-scenes photos to his Instagram page.

The first features Rebecca Ferguson, who is set to reprise the role of lethal former MI6 agent Isla Faust. Plus, we have another shot of Justice League star Henry Cavill as a new character who we still know next to nothing about. Well, we do know that he has a very impressive mustache that wound up costing Warner Bros. a lot of money!

McQuarrie has also posted an image of a trailer screen with the caption "finishing touches", which obviously implies that we should have our first official look at Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and co. back in action very soon.

Mission: Impossible 6 hits theaters on July 27.

Looking forward to much more of Rebecca Ferguson's Faust ;-)

Plus looking forward to Cavill's villain. This should be one of the best films of the year. Ghost Protocol and Rogue Nation were freaking awesome.

@HeavyMetal4Life - If only the latest Bond flicks had better villains. Really enjoyed Ghost Protocol and Rogue Nation.

I think I enjoy more Mission: Impossible than James Bond now. The action sequences are very extraordinary and feel so much real (maybe because a lot of them are, thanks Tom Cruise)

Anyway, really interested by this 6th film, especially since they shoot next to my house in Paris
