just hope it's not like the king Aruther one .... only good thing about that film was how the sword was put into the stone and law's final form . that should've been used in WW for ares

@HeavyMetal4Life - @knocturnalzen10 - Agreed. bad film. Good moments and king arthur is good but...dark rough look, the biggest [foo foo] of a villain ever made, and constant flashbacks ruined it.

@knocturnalzen10 - how the sword was put in the stone in that movie was the most ridiculous thing ever

I actually really liked King Arthur, even the trailers were good, but this...isn't doing much for me tbh...

What is Hollywood's obsession with Robin Hood? He peaked with Men in Tights.

@BlackBeltJones - To be fair,Robin hood done right could make a great movie. He was real, he was charismatic, history gave him a great villain.Overall movie material

The problem is they keep adding stupid tropes to give it an edge. Like making it "dark" or adding more conspiracy then they should. They just need to make a simply fun history story.

Basically the disney one, except with real people.

@AngryCipher - thewhole DARK GRITTY craze is still going strong 10 years later. Thanks a lot Nolan lmao jk.

It seems like they want to have their own little universe or make his world seem grander than what it is. The story of Robin Hood seems petty simple to me. Small scale, fun adventure romp.

@BlackBeltJones - Even nolan would realize it's not all dark and rough.

Overall. I think green arrow is really a crime film, which is what it needs to be seen as. It's not overly dark. Its romantic and fun, but dangerous at times.

Sort of the same with king arthur.

Well I’m sold. Looks great. Doesn’t take much to get me to see a Robin Hood movie though.
