The Raid: Redemption is a pretty great film. its the only foreign film that i actually enjoy watching. Every fighting sequence is amazing and fun. Although i don't mind at all reading the sub tittles, i actually prefer it over English dubbing,a lot of people missed the experience because of them not wanting to read the sub tittles. There's been talk about remaking the film in a american version, which i'm all for. these are my picks that i think would do the roles justice and add there own twist to the characters and not only mimic the original actors. Again these are MY personal picks, so i understand that many of you wont agree. but please try to enjoy.

Alex Pettyfer as Rama






Mark Whalberg as Sergeant Jaka





Taylor Kitsch as Bowo





Cam Gigandet as Andi





Michael B. Jordan as Dagu(in the background)

I Tried really hard to cast him, but i just couldn't find the right actor for him.

If you don't have Mad Dog your list isn't complete, man.

Possible Mad Dogs: Gerard Butler, Michael Jai White, Matthew McConaughey, Chris Evans, or the best choice which is Jordan Peele as the character in this skit (kidding):

Beyond that, it was the beginning of a very good list, except Prettyfur is a TERRIBLE actor and a horrible screen presence. Aaron Taylor-Johnson would do a much better job in that role.

I know this is just an idea but I really don't want an American version of Raid. It like the cast though. I kind of wished there were more actual martial artists.
