After an intriguing tweet, it seems as though Tom Cruise and Christopher McQuarrie may be close to getting started on the fifth instalment of the Mission:Impossible franchise, which coincidentally is also their fifth collaboration.

With Tom Cruise set to return as Ethan Hunt, Christopher McQuarrie set to direct, and Drew Pearce penning the script, it was only a matter of time before we saw some pre-production work being done.

Christopher McQuarrie dropped the following tweet not too long ago, and while he might just be reminiscing on his past collaborations with Cruise, it seems as though he may be heading over to London on MI5-related business, possibly scouting shooting locations for the fifth Mission:Impossible. Could Tom Cruise, last spotted in LA, join him soon?
