Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Colin Trevorrow directs the epic action-adventure based on the novel "Jurassic Park" by Michael Crichton. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers.


Starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D’Onofrio, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Judy Greer, Katie McGrath, Lauren Lapkus and Andy Buckley, Jurassic World is set to be released in 3D, 2D and IMAX on June 12th, later this year.

That raptor at the end looked a little off. A tight shot like that should have used something practical like a puppet or animatronic. Hopefully the cgi is unfinished though i'd doubt it considering how close we are to release.
Stuff like that has me worried that this movie will rely too much on cgi. The human eye can tell when something is fake if you keep it on the screen long enough. I haven't seen a single practical dino yet in this movie's marketing campaign.

@dingbat not sure about the raptors but when they have the hand on the dying one on the ground I'm pretty sure that's a practical dinosaur effect, kind like the triceratops in the first movie?

also and this is just my guess but they were showing off a puppet head of the raptor they were using in one of the set pics so my guess is, cgi raptor outside the car, puppet head when it sticks it in the window. Then again the film could be mostly cgi. If it is it definitely will not have the real look of some of the scenes in the original.
