Three years ago Disney bought Marvel. We all knew then that it was only a matter of time before properties of each would cross paths. The inevetaible has finnally happened. Wired.com has revealed that Disney's Phineas and Ferb will be the show to do that.

Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel will premiere next summer on the Disney Channel. It will see the likes of classic Marvel heroes Hulk, Ironman, Spider-Man, and Thor being transported to the world of Phineas and Ferb and immobilized by Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Therefore, Phineas, Ferb and Agent P will have to fight Marvel villains such as Red Skull, Whiplash, Venom, and M.O.D.O.K., that will be working with Dr. Doofenshmirtz to create total chaos.

LOADS of people will hate this but I absolutely love this idea! Phineas and Ferb is probably the most intelligent kids show I've ever seen.

I like the show but the marvel characters have no business being in Danville. The character designs don't even match.

I don't really care, but I wanted to say that the kid with Punisher shirt made me smile a little. Good job with franchising Marvel, Disney.

How about a Marvel/Disney crossover in Kingdom Hearts 3? That'd be cool.

Phineas and Ferb is awesome. It is the one show that my four-year-old and I both find entertaining. Exciting news.

The Marvel heroes seem out of place in Danville, but the character designs don't seem any more silly than how the characters appear in "Avengers: EMH" already.
